Pretty medieval manuscript of the day shows the conversion of St Paul from the Hours of Étienne Chevalier. We see the light of God shining down on Paul, as he falls down from his horse onto the road to Damascus.
In the Anglican church, today is the feast of St Paul and the Pauline conversion.
